JET BLACK OIL BASED FOOD COLOURING DROPS 20ml

Vibrant and easy-to-use JET BLACK oil based food colouring drops. Ideal for blending into your icings, chocolates, cakes & desserts. Featuring a convenient no-mess pump bottle!

How To Use: It's important to shake the bottle thoroughly to disperse contents that settle. Add a just few drops to your ingredients. For a deeper colour add more drops. 

Important - Please Note Before: Follow the instructions on the bottle. If colouring chocolate, use dark chocolate. If you need to colour icing it is best to use cocoa powder prior to adding colours. It is recommended to use the drops with carbon black powder (best to order at least 15g). Using this combination of both you can maintain the required consistency for your icing and achieve a deep, rich black colour.

If Jet Black drops is used in a white icing or white chocolate, the result can be a dark green instead of black.
