A patisserie style instant custard. Just add cold water for a sweet, versatile custard, or cream for a richer custard.
INGREDIENTS: Sugar, Thickener (1414), Vegetable fat (vegetable fat (contain palm), glucose, milk solids, mineral salt (340), emulsifiers (322 soy, 433, 471), vegetable gum (466), flavours, acidity regulator (330), colour (160a)), Milk Solids, Vegetable gums (401, 407, 410, 415), Mineral salt (327), Salt, Flavour, Preservative (202), Colours (102, 110).
Contains: milk, soy. May be present due to shared equipment: gluten, egg, sulphites.

Continental Vanilla Custard
1. Place water and BAKELS INSTANT CONTINENTAL CUSTARD MIX in mixing bowl.
2. Blend with whisk on low speed for 1 minute.
3. Scrape down.
4. Whisk on top speed for 5 minutes or until smooth.
5. For best results, allow to stand for 15 minutes before piping
Notes:
Consistency of the finished custard can be varied by either increasing or decreasing the water added.
