This Purple Chefmaster Liqua-Gel food colouring gel is highly concentrated and produces a bright, intense colour.

- Comes in an easy to use 20g squeeze bottle, so less mess!

Can Be Used With:
- Buttercream icing
- Whipped toppings
- Fondant and Gumpaste
- Cake batters and cookie doughs
The amount you need to use depends on what you are mixing the gel into and the intensity of the colour required.
You can add more but you can't take it away, so we always recommend you start with a small amount and increase if you want a more intense colour.
